"Victory of the Daleks"

Hello my friends!

I'm here to have a look at the wonderful new Doctor Who episode "Victory of the Daleks", which aired last sunday.

My family is still on restrictions, so only around 5 photos.

Did you guys see this episode? Did you see the new daleks?

So, here we go ...
It starts with a cabinet war room, with Winston Churchill and a crew. News spreads that a fleet has been shot down and a woman breaks down. Winston then gives the order for them to bring out the ironside, and a Dalek figure is pushed across the table.

The Doctor and Amy arrive and Churchill greats them, and after a quick chat, takes them outside. He thens shows them some lazer rays that destroy some German planes.
The Doctor instantly recognizes the rays as Dalek tech, and rushes to the roof. A man named Bracewell shows the Doctor one of his 'ironsides", which turns out to be a dark-green Dalek, with instead of a identification plate, the Union Jack. It regards the Doctor with "I am your soldier", and, obviously furious, the Doctor confronts Chruchill, telling him the daleks are evil.
The episode continues with frequent discussions over the Daleks, and the Doctor realizing that Amy never knew about the Daleks from "The Stolen Earth" and "Journey's End", which confuses him. I think this has something to do with the cracks in the wall, and the Pandorica opening, which Prisoner 0 mentioned. After Bracewell explains how he made the Daleks, the Doctor confronts the metal creatures, hitting them and saying "I AM THE DOCTOR, AND YOU ARE THE DALEKS!". The Daleks regards this as a testimoney, and also reveal that Bracewell is a robot, and up in a ship, a third bronze Dalek replays it and uses it to power a "Progenator". The Daleks then teleport to the ship.

The Doctor follows them, and threatens to blow up the TARDIS with a Jammie Dodger. The Daleks say the Progenator does not recognize them, and will not produce more Daleks. But the Doctor saying "YOU ARE THE DALEKS" powered it up and it produces new Daleks, more chunky, longer gun sticks, weird eye stalks, deeper voices, and different colours!

These Daleks destroy the old ones, and send a beam of light towards London, lighting it up like a christmas tree at air raid time. Down on Earth, Amy, Churchill, and Bracewell use the Dalek designs to equip gun ships to go into space and take down the Dalek beam . They also establish a video link between the ship and them, being able to see the "New Company" as Amy puts it.

The planes are successful at destroying the beam while the Doctor escapes in the TARDIS, and, on the monitor, the new Daleks reveal Bracewell is a bomb, and to call off the planes or they will detonate him. The Doctor heads down to earth, and, with the help of Amy, convinces Bracewell that he's a human, making him remember a girl at the Post Office that he likes. Bracwell's bomb turns off, and right under the Doctor's nose, the Daleks escape.

The Doctor is devestated, but Amy convinces him that he did a good job by saving the earth, and he cheers up. They say goodbye to Churchill, after making Bracewell going after "Dorabella" (the girl), but Amy catches the Prime Minister trying to steal the TARDIS key. Churchill remarks "She's sharp, Doctor, almost as smart as me!"

The Doctor and Amy then have a chat infront of the TARDIS, and then leave. As the TARDIS dissapears, it reveals the crack in the wall that they had landed infront of. Hmmm?

Well, guys, episode was great! I am loving the new series! Lots of twists and turns, and with RiverSong coming back next ep, it will take another turn with the two-parter!
I give this episode 3 and a half smileys.
:) :) :) :

See you next Sunday!
